REPORTS TO:   Assistant Principal for Activities, Assistant Principal, or Principal

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Sponsors are approved annually and serve for the length of the activity / assignment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide a safe environment for students to conduct their meeting/activity.

2. Ensure that district and school policies and procedures are followed.

3. Ensure that room/area is secured and the facility is left in good repair.

4. Reserve space for meetings as appropriate.

5. Meet outside of the normal school day.

6. Complete club application form & submit form to the building principal for final approval.

7. Take roll and keep a roster of all students participating in the club.

8. Contact parents if students are absent more than twice without parent notice.

9. Keep hours/attendance on the provided sheet & return to the office at the end of each semester.
